Shipping & Handling

Our Policy

Love2Night is committed to a high standard of service so we aim for short delivery turnarounds wherever possible. That’s why we only use Australia Post Express Shipping so you can enjoy our great products even quicker.

DISCREET PACKAGING:

Love2Night is a strong advocate for personal privacy, and we do whatever it takes to preserve yours. We pack your order in nondescript envelopes and boxes, just like your everyday mail or packages. The only identifying marks are your mailing address and ours. The name Love2Night does not appear anywhere on the outside of your package.

DISPATCH:

We endeavour to dispatch orders received during standard business hours on the same before 5pm or next business day (subject to availability). For the majority of deliveries, we only use Australia Post Express Shipping.

DELIVERY:

Australia Post Express delivery 1-3 business days covers 80% of Australian business addresses, private addresses and Post Office Boxes. If you have not received your delivery within 5 business days of your order being shipped please contact Australia Post on 13 76 78 or feel free to contact us and we will try assist where possible 1800 577 444.

YOUR ORDER:

When placing your order, it is your responsibility to enter the correct delivery address. Should you enter the wrong address and delivery was not completed, additional delivery charges will be charged to you.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING:

Love2Night WILL NOT SHIP ANY ORDERS OUTSIDE AUSTRALIA. Please contact us via email at support@love2night.com.au if you have a special request.

TRACKING:

Orders will be dispatched with Australia Post. A tracking number will be emailed to you after your order has left us. You will be able to track where your items are at any time at https://auspost.com.au.
Once you have received your Tracking Notification upon dispatch, please wait up to 24 hours for it to reflect in the Australia Post System.

MISSING PARCEL POLICY:

Without limiting the operation of any other Terms and Conditions herein, we will not accept liability for any loss or damage arising from items lost, stolen or damaged after delivery has been made.

If a parcel is lost in transit, we cannot give a refund or replacement of product until a full investigation is done through Australia Post. This can take up to 6 weeks from the time we are notified your goods have not been received.

After 1 attempts of delivery (which may include additional delivery fees) and if the recipient cannot be reached for whatever reason, the order will be null and void, we will no longer deliver your product and there will be no refund for any portion of the order.
