SATISFACTION GUARANTEE:

We do not offer a satisfaction guarantee on any of our products, however true to our high level of customer service; we will always endeavour to keep our customers happy and satisfied.

RETURN SHIPPING:

Please note: Buyer is responsible for all return postage costs on orders. Where the return relates to a faulty item, the replacement product will be sent out to you, at no charge, within 5 working days from the date we receive the faulty product. Including the original order confirmation or invoice you received with your product, will help us tremendously.

Also, if you haven’t previously provided a contact phone number, please include this with your return. This will help us to quickly resolve the issue, should we need to contact you.

We strongly recommend you fully insure your return shipment in case it is lost or damaged and you use a carrier that can provide you with proof of delivery for your protection.

REFUNDS & EXCHANGES:

Love2Night want to ensure you get the quality product you deserve and have paid for. Due to the nature of the products we sell, some certain products, unfortunately, cannot be exchanged or refunded.

Exchanges and Refunds will be dealt with on a case to case basis. We only accept exchanges and refunds on defective items.

If you require an exchange, you must contact us within 30 days of receiving your order.

CHANGE OF MIND:

We do not have to provide you with a refund if you have changed your mind about a particular purchase, so please choose carefully.

PLEASE NOTE: To ensure the safety and health of our customers we do not accept returns on items that may constitute a health risk or any item that comes into contact with ANY bodily fluid (saliva, semen, urine, blood, etc ) Once these items leave our warehouse, we consider them to be used and non-resellable.
